The status of my rock collection near the end of May. Featuring actual geological specimens, pieces of glass trying to be passed off as minerals, obviously dyed quartz geodes and agates I've had since I was about 7, pottery sherds, a dinosaur tooth, what I'm pretty sure is a heavily weathered brick, two pet rocks and a bit of bismuth.

You can easily see the actual "dots" of CMYK used for printing the photos in this book. Intriguingly, it was written prior to the widespread acceptance of plate tectonic theory in the 1970's so has a snippet about the "Geosyncline" method of mountain formation.
